  • The fees include: bed linen, electricity and parking space
  • Additional bed: The price for each additional adult is € 35,- per night, and for children (up to 16 years old) € 25,-/night.
  • Short stay - less than 4 nights: 10 % surcharge
  • The visitor's fee incl. guest mobility ticket is € 2,90 per person and night (for guests of 15 years and older).
  • Cleaning charge: € 50,00 (D), bis € 60,00 (A, B, C, E)
  • Pets cannot be accepted
  • Our cancellation conditions are: you can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before arrival, up to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40%, up to 7 days before arrival 70%, within the last week 90%, and 100 % from the day of arrival and in case of early departure of the total price.
    Please note that between December 20, 2026 and February 25, 2027 the cancellation fee is 90% of the total price starting 4 months before arrival.
